I don't quite see the connection and relevance of your

Well, I worked customer service for PayPal with inbound customer concerns just like this, and afterwards worked in a startup where I was tasked with continually taking an otherwise ambiguous system and working to provide structure and form to the business to repeat success over and over without concern, which is really the same thing that clients are searching for when they reach out to us (ADP), so I've dealt with these types of issues from both sides. I've literally been in the shoes of the client without the support we are there to provide them, and also solving these types of problems for end-users in another previous role.
