This was a theme i saw occurring throughout the day. A situation would be phrased in fatalistic terms, such as 'you won't meet the deadline' or 'the principal is against the idea' or 'the school board has stated its opinion on this matter already' and I took that to mean that it was upon you to 'breath life' back into the otherwise dead matter. Every question is hypothetical which means don't add additional limiting factors where you don't need to, but instead create resources or tools to address the issue - even if it sounds overly ambitious, I am convinced this is what they are looking for. They don't just want someone who can do good work under excellent conditions. They want someone who sees situations as flexible, even when so much precedent has been set.
