I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Houston, TX) in April 2016.

    Interview

Interview was set for 8am - didn't start until 8:30-9am. About 6-7 individuals (including me) were scheduled to interview.
Consists of 3 separate 1:1 interviews - personal, tech/reasoning, skills/job history - (can't recall exactly) the reasoning interview is basically just to see how you think and solve problems - just 1 simple question really.

    Interview

Application was done online. HR reached out within a week and invited me for an interview. The interview was not too difficult, as long as there is preparation. IBM got back to me about two weeks later and provided an offer which I thought wasn't too competitive.

Interview was quite easy, 3 simple interviews on campus. One case about a burrito that was fair simple. People were easy to talk to and fun. Enjoyed the process

    Interview

Both Interviews were virtual. Behavioral Interview and Technical Interview. You also have to take a problem solving test, which in my opinion was not needed. Everything could have been handled in the two Interviews.

    Interview Questions

    • Way too many technical questions for the role that I was interviewing for.   Answer Question

    Interview

3 interviews, 2 behaviorals and 1 case study. Definitely prepare for the case study--I thought I did really well on the behaviorals and didn't nail the case study, and didn't get the job.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at IBM (New York, NY) in February 2015.

    Interview

A few case questions, but nothing to difficult. Went through my resume and had a few questions about my prior jobs and what they were. Also called my references which were listed on my resume. It was a pretty laid back interview, but it seemed like they had dozens of applicants for only a couple jobs.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM.

    Interview

The interview process consisted of 2 phone interviews and 1 onsite interview. The two phone interviews were very standard. I had a discussion with 2 managers within the group and they lasted approximately 45 minutes each. The questions that they asked pertained to my previous experiences. The first manager asked quite a few questions, and the second spent most of the time describing the organization.

The onsite interview was a 1 day event. It began at 7:30AM and was completed by 6:30PM. The questions were primarily behavioral, but there was a presentation and a case study that I had to provide feedback to for one of the subject matter experts. The interviews lasted 1 hour each with most of the members of the group to identify if I would be a cultural fit for the organization.
