Interview
Took about a month overall. Skype/phone interviews. Mostly behavioral but one case study question. Pretty standard interviewing stuff. Were generally prompt with following up and more conversational in nature.

Describe a project you worked on where you overcame a challenge
interview was nice. the interviewer asked job related questions and was very cordial in nature. the interviewer was trained in conducting interview in professional manner. interview usually takes between 2-4 hrs, depending on how many rounds of interview is conducted, and of course, if one clears one round and moves to the next one. There is usually two round of interview, the first one being technical interview. there could be adidtional interview, depending on the interviewer.
