Preprepared presentation (10 minutes) followed by a short Q&A.
Case study - you're given 50+ pages of documents and have to pick and write down the most important information.
Personal interview - motivation, past experience etc.
Guesstimate question - how big would an additional tax on petrol have to be to offset the losses of scrapping the disc sticker on shields program.
Group study - follow up from the case study.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (London, England)
Interview
CV and online test (IPAT) which is fairly challenging. Then you're invited to an assessment day. In the morning there is a presentation on IBM, a 45 minute group exercise (which is just a logic puzzle) and then a series of tests to confirm your IPAT marks. I didn't think these were as challenging as the first ones. Then you find out if you're going to be invited for an interview in the afternoon. Typical interview questions and very informal.

Question 1
How many leaves does a tree have? This is to see how you arrive at an answer, being right or wrong is not so important.
