It was a group interview that the manager grouped us in a team of five and then assigned us a case study. After 30 minutes group discussion, every team came up with an idea and gave a 15-min presentation.

    Marketing Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Armonk, NY
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Armonk, NY) in June 2015.

    Interview

Had an initial screening with a headhunter followed by two phone interviews and a half day of in-person meetings. I was told that I was the only candidate that made it this far in the process. All of the interviewers were nice but I got the sense that the hiring manager was purposely not trying to fill the roll. I spent about 8-10 hours talking to the company and didn't receive feedback on my in-person interviews for another month. I sent follow ups to the 5 people I met with and only one person had the wherewithal to respond. One of the senior execs told me how their team had contracted by 50%, assuming that's due to layoffs and departures (that were never restaffed).

    Marketing Interview

    Neutral Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Bucharest (Romania)) in January 2017.

    Interview

The process consisted and a numerical& logic test, which was a bit hard because you have a limited time to answer the questions, an english test and the interview. The interview was ok, they asked about my experience, studies. Even if I managed to pass all the stages of the recruitment they gave me no answear at all, even though they told me I would get an answer after 2 weeks. That was totally unprofessional.

Employee referral at first. If you are applying intern position, referral is strongly suggested.
HR phone interview, talk around 30 minutes and trying to figure out which position is suitable.
Then, online exam and on-site interview together. Online exam is both logical and analytical. and on-site interview at IBM Taiwan with two managers

    Marketing Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Bois-Colombes (France)
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Bois-Colombes (France)) in July 2016.

    Interview

    Marketing Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Paris (France)

    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at IBM (Paris (France)) in November 2015.

    Interview
