    Interview

I had three interviews, which I met with different people in management to answer questions current issues in IT. It was laid back and the interviewers were easy to talk with. Every interview, they seem like they were trying to bring more intelligent people in to talk to me. Guess they were trying to stump me or something. lol

    Interview

Was referred by employee. Had 4 interview rounds after phone interview. Had tricky C questions , C data structures , string operation programs etc, networking related : TCP states. There was main focus on C programming skills with the ability to problem solving. I like these interviews compared to Google's because Google asks questions which may not even be related to the work you will be doing!
