    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ICICI Bank (Mumbai (India)) in September 2016.

    Interview

The selection process was divided in 3 parts.
    1) an online psychometric test was conducted before the interview rounds. fairly normal and didn't have any personal questions
    2) there was a Group discussion in group of 2. There were 2 HR present who were overlooking the GD. As per my experience you were taken forward to next round based on your performance here, grades, past workex/education and display of basic knowledge. Cannot be sure of these factors as it was never discoles
    3) The interview process was barely 10 minutes long. most of the questions were based on CV in the first half. Second half was for preference of location, willingness to relocate and casual questions on family life. I am guessing they had made up their mind and were just going along to fill time

    Interview Questions

    • how was your experience working for the previous company? what targets did you meet? what would say if we ask you to relocate to a rural location?   Answer Question

    Negotiation

They had politely refused to negotiate anything. Best we could do was give a location preference
