Interview
I was called into the location to conduct an interview with the assistant manager at the time. I was asked about scheduling, and why I felt I would be a good choice for the job. After a pleasant discussion the interview was complete. Originally I was overlooked, but due to the applicant's failure to uphold standards I then was offered the job.

Very easy going and informative managers were nice and explained the process thoroughly I was also hired on the spot :) can’t wait to start serving At my favorite breakfast spot!!

Interview
Sat at an open table with manager discussed expectations on both sides and left with a job. Management was new but very pleasant. Willing to work with availability and come to a compromise.
