Question 1
For the ITP (International Talent Programme), they focus on soft skills and want future "leaders" or people building good network within the company.
So the questions are targetted towards understanding your leadership potential. How do you respond to a negative feedback, if you take initiative etc.

Interview
Assessment round for which you have language test, graph reading test and pattern recognition fill in the blank, interview with HR, business panel for which you have to present a recent project you did related to analytics and especially show the business process.
