Interview
I just got the first round of telephone interview. Most questions was just ordinary behavior questions like "tell me one project you did in details" or "what is your favorite subject". But I didn't do well then. What a pity. The HR didn't even give me the email address to send a thank you note...

Interview
Very friendly interviewers. At first I had an interview that took about ten minutes on a college campus. Afterwards I was invited to an on-site interview that took about an hour. Two engineers took turns between me and another candidate for a one-on-one interview. Very, very nice and relaxing interview. Very friendly staff. Technical questions were kind of difficult just make sure you are prepared. Other than that pretty much consisted of behavioral type of questions. Overall great experience for myself.

Interview
I had interviewed previously on the phone with Koch Industries back in October for one of their other companies and they did not continue the interview process. In January, I received a call from INVISTA asking if I was still job searching and asked if I could do an in person interview the following week. The interview was pretty basic, everyone who interviewed me just asked me personality/behavioral based questions relating to their corporate values and structs and the MBM program. Nothing too bad.
