Interview
It is a behavioral based interview. They want to understand how and if you apply the key management principles. Overall, it was a positive experience. Usually you will meet with around four individuals in two separate interviews.

Can you tell me about a time when you did a cost benefit analysis? What was the outcome?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at INVISTA
Interview
Phone screening with human resources, followed by 2 virtual technical interviews with department heads, 5 onsite interviews happened in 2 site visits with operation and different teams including maintenance, production and different engineers.
All interviews went very well and after each step they asked for another interview, and I was very flexible, and surprisingly there were no offer at the end.
