Applied through university portal to the NYC office. 1st round was a 45-minute behavioral interview and a 45-minute case interview. 2nd round consisted of 3 (1-hr case, 30-min behavioral, 1-hr written case (30 min preparation, 30 min presentation and Q&A)) interviews. Overall, IQVIA did a great job at helping potential candidates meet current IQVIA employees; they hosted a gathering event for people who got invited to the final rounds. Interviews were conducted under a very friendly atmosphere. It was somewhat difficult to reach the HR team but when they did eventually respond, they were very helpful and friendly. They apparently had a huge influx of applications this year so it's understandable. Did not get the offer but based on my interactions with the IQVIA team I would have loved to work for them.
