The method was a phone screen process that took about thirty minutes. The call was with one of the company's newer employees. It was very dry and felt non-personal with the scripted questions.

Interview
Applied online and got a call from HR. Their interviewing process did not stand out too much, stereotypical questions. HR contacted me again for a date to interview with the hiring manager. The date was confirmed and on the given day no one called me. Called HR, no answer, left a voicemail. Wrote an email to HR - no answer. I guess this is what they call corporate ghosting, or just simply disrespect towards applicants.

Nothing out of the ordinary, but I realized there are discrepancies between the online job description and the actual job.
