If the phone rang, you had a chat request, someone sent you

  an email requesting assistance, you had a meeting in five minutes, and an internal customer was at your desk asking for support, in what order would you handle those tasks?

I would ask the person to ask at my desk too please hold on, while I answer the phone. I would ask the caller to please hold the line while doing so I would answer the chat request and ask them to also hold the line in the meanwhile since I only have five minutes to accomplish this I would be doing my very best to transfer all of the requests to other agents.
