Sort the data of customers according to various metrics, like the frequency of visits and home deliveries, average amount spent on each visit, variety of goods bought, etc. Identifying bulk purchasers, identifying those customers whose buying patterns didn't change even after competition opened its shop in the vicinity, identifying the customers who have bought shop-specific cards for payment, interviewing the shop staff to identify the customers who are most well acquainted and appreciative of the services provided by the shop staff, letting customers fill up forms for their feedback on the quality of services provided by the shop and asking them about any other shops that they visit frequently.
