If you were to see a customer bolt out the door with unpaid

  merchandise, what would you do?

If you can, let that customer know theyve been seen in a way that still shows customer service. Using a recovery statement, " I seen you liked that red shirt we had.. If you'd like to come back I can show you some more." If you cannot catch them out the door its important to let your co workers know to be aware of who they are so it cannot happen again.
