In the first interview, I was asked about how I would

  handle an angry customer who was rightfully angry at a situation I had not caused, but was the only associate available who could rectify it. (Little did I know that this is a very real possibility, especially if working in the Copy Center.)

The answer is dependent on the customer and why they are angry. Luckily, some examples go a long way to showing your understanding of customer relations.
