Interview Process was a bit u organized. I had 2 interviews. The first was a phone screening. The second was an interview on Zoom. After the second interview I was ghosted.

Interview
Was interviewed by Robyn Herring for the first interview and everything seemed great, very nice she was alittle lost but overall the interview went well. I was told she would email me in a week with next steps. Of course like everyone else I was ghosted which makes no sense because I still see Influential trying to hire for the SAME ROLE. Overall a company who doesnt know how to do a proper hiring process so I dodged a bullet on that one.

It was pretty straight forward and they answered all my questions! They were transparent with any timelines and expectations for the job as well. Communication was also strong throughout the interview process.
