Intact Project Manager interview questions

About 2 weeks after I had applied I received an email from HR inviting me to take an online personally test. About a month or more later I received an email to do a video interview. The video interview was not difficult, but it was the first time I had done one and I received an email quickly afterward telling me that they would not be moving ahead with me. I never once spoke to a human being during this entire process. The whole process was cold and I know I wouldn't be a good fit in an organization such as that!
