    Interviewed for the visual computing lab at the Santa Clara site. The interview was simple and pretty straight forward. Lasted about an hour. Talked about interests and previous project. It has been about 3 weeks and they haven't given me an answer though.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Hillsboro, OR) in February 2015.

    Interview

    It was started with a phone interview with the group head for around one hour, and I got an invitation of the on site interview. The company arranged the travel efficiently. In on site interview, I gave a presentation about the work experiences that fit with the job description. I had 30 minutes to 1 hour to talk to almost every members in the group. We had discussion with the technical issues or the work that they were working on. In the very end of the interview, the group head have a discussion with me and wrapped up the interview. Around three days later, I got an email from the group head for extending me an offer.

    It was a two-day interview at two different locations. I first gave a talk, then I was 1:1 interviewed with 7-8 people. I had also a few phone interviews. It was more of behavioral questions than technical questions. Also some questions of my CV: the places I've worked and the projects I did there.

    They approached me by mail after receiving my CV. After a short email correspondence I was invited for an onsite interview day. The interview was 7 hours long: a 1 hour presentation followed by 1/2-an-hour interviews with many group members and managers, and lunch with managers.

    Initially contacted by recruiter. Had two rounds of phone interviews and one round of in-person interviews. Had to prepare a job talk that lasted about 1 hour with a panel of over 10 people. Had 6 individual interviews after the job talk and dinner afterwards with immediate team members. Offer was made about 2 weeks after job talk.

    I had an initial 10 minutes phone screening, where the person interviewing me mostly checked again my academic credentials. Two weeks later I went for the on site interview. I gave a 1 hour long presentation about the research I did during my master degree, which was followed by 3 group interviews with various research teams. The group interviews mainly consisted in giving them more details about the skills listed in my cv without getting too technical.
