    They didn't ask any technical questions. It's more about who you know than what you know. In the past I've had technical interviews that last hours, it was very surprising that there was little to no technical component.

    Application was done on-line. Basic HR behavior based questions during the interview. They are very uniform. Some situation based questioned asked to see how well you critically think. They were very quick at getting back to me after the interview. Also, after hiring, they were very quick to start training and on boarding.

    I applied online, they contacted me for an interview. They were willing to give me a phone interview because I was out-of-state. Otherwise, it would have been an in-person interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. Whole process took about 2 weeks.

    The overall process took one and a half month. I interviewed at Intermountain Healthcare Employee Services Center. I was interviewed 2 times. First, was the telephonic and second was the on-site interview. Both the interviews revolved around the behavioral questions, and was finally offered the intern position and salary was negotiated after the job was offered to me.
