Applied at the end of Sept, received a phone call by Mid October. Relatively quick phone call about background of the role and my background. Discussed some of the DfM task that I've done. Talked about how the role will be supporting robotics & mechanical mechanism product. Although the phone interview was cut short, I was invited onsite to visit their floor and have a design question right on the fly. I doubt I got the job since I wasn't performing my best and I don't have a lot of mechanism design background.

Applied online HR coordinator scheduled interview for the following week, everyone was on time. Some of them were looking only what are the tool I use, not really want to give a job or something... Had applied for multiple jobs, I guess they were not sure where do I fit well. Called back for the different position, and talked just know how to manage job and understand the various tools.
