    They weren't prompt. Asked plenty of questions. Two were pleasant the other person on the panel wasn't as friendly. I explained my skill set and attributes. By the end of the interview I was sure I would receive a call back.

    For someone who resides out of state, you will be required to go through at least 3 rounds of phone interviews before they invite you to their office. The phone interviews are with HR, the person you report to if hired, and your future colleagues. Applicants who passed phone interviews are required to take writing test and technical test.
