    Easy Interview

I interviewed at Investors Bank & Trust in June 2013.

My first interview was at the branch that had an open position. It was all basic stuff: How did you hear about the position? What skills do you have? What payrate are you looking for? etc.

The second interview was at the company's corporate HQ in New Jersey. The office was hard to find, but aside from, that the interview was not difficult. A VP talks to you about your qualifications, what type of growth opportunites there are at the company, and then he or she will explain the benefits that come with the position. If you make it as far as the benefits, you are golden - you got the job!!!
