    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J D Wetherspoon (Bournemouth, England (UK)) in June 2019.

    Interview

Interviewed by two people, quite casual as we sat at a table in Wetherspoons. They asked mostly easy questions, about myself, the job I was applying to, if I'd applied elsewhere whilst writing my answers on the sheet

    Interview

It was a very long online application form with a 20 minute interview with a manager in a closed off area of the pub. The interview wasn't too invasive though I did have to wait a while after my interview time before my interview started,

    Waitress Interview

    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at J D Wetherspoon (London, England (UK)) in September 2016.

    Interview

The interview was okay, I was given a trial shift afterwards, and it was awful. 2 hours of guessing what to do as there was no guidance, plus it was done in the morning so there wasnt many customers anyway! I got thrown a dirty apron, and was told to clear tables, quite literally. The shift manager was so rude to me, the workers didnt want to know me, and then after I was made to wait at a table for an hour before being told I had the job. I didnt take it.
