    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Boston, MA) in October 2015.

    Interview

Submitted a resume and cover letter via campus recruiting, and heard back about two weeks later to arrange for an on-campus interview the next week. The day of my in-person interview, i met with two recruiters separately for about 30 minutes each. The recruiters, who both worked in operations roles in the Boston office, asked general interview questions (no case questions), then about 2 weeks later a job offer was extended by phone, followed by an offer package sent via email. I was given 2 weeks to decide. Drug test and background check were required before starting the job.

    Negotiation

    Negotiation was completely inflexible.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Boston, MA) in September 2015.

    Interview

Very quick interview with two different interviewers. One spent the majority of time talking about the role and did not ask many questions. The other interviewer was quite arrogant and did not seem at all interested. Negative body language and seemed like he did not want to be there. Mostly asked questions about previous experience.
