    Nurse Administrator Interview

    Accepted Offer
    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at JSA Medical Group (Parrish, FL).

    Interview

First interview was at the actual work location with the regional mgr. Very nice, usual questions, why are you leaving current job, etc... Really the bones of the interview. I was called back and met with the actual physician and staff. Typical doctor interview, kind of sat there clueless on what to ask. Staff I met with I asked how long they each had been there - I didn't need to board a sinking ship blindly and I discreetly watched the work flow and how they all worked together. Overall, the fit for me with JSA in this office was terrific. The problem with this office or any office with JSA is big brother. It's all about the mighty dollar.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked nursing related questions. Signs and symptoms and possible disease process with potential treatment options.   1 Answer

    Negotiation

Phone call with offer, I countered and received a call back with final offer.

    Interview

Rushed in need of a start asap stated high turn over is do to medical staff moving to different city not jobs!!! Great pay offer but I am nervous to accept office hours are supposed to be Monday through Friday no nights no weekends no holidays seems like a good offer butt the turnover being so high and the interview seeming desperately rushed makes me have to decline

    Reasons for Declining

I just had a good feeling that this interview being rushed and high turnover is not a good sign nor where I want to take my career everyone should try for themselves to see what feeling you get for me this is mine I hope this has helped your decision

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at JSA Medical Group (Orlando, FL) in October 2015.

    Interview

The interviewer did not seem to know what they wanted and did not know what questions to ask. Felt awkward. I was confident but the interviewer was not. They seemed confused as to why I was chosen to be interviewed. Pointless and useless cause I didn't get the job anyway.

    Positive Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JSA Medical Group (Saint Petersburg, FL) in February 2015.

    Interview

In a room with two directors. Very plain office. Spent two hours discussing the position, etc. A lot of questions off my CV. They wanted to impress upon me that the work load was heavy and I would be very busy. There was a lot of driving. A lot of time was spent explaining to me about managed care and such. It wasn't news to me, but they seemed to need to justify their business model.
