There are 3 phone interviews, after which you have to send a code sample and finally you have an onsite interview.
People on the phone were nice. They first asked me about my CV and then some brain teasers involving probability. It was not too difficult... I should have definitely done better.

• You have 100 marbles, 50 are blue, 50 are red. You want to distribute them between two drawers, in such a way that none is left outside and no drawer is left empty.
After distributing them you are gonna select a drawer randomly and from that drawer you are gonna remove one marble randomly.

The first two rounds of interviews were with researchers. They were pretty nice guys at least it seemed that way during the phone interview. They asked me to walk through my resume first. (Just be confident with whatever you put on your resume.) At the end, you asked simple brain teaser. I failed the third round phone interview with a trader. I got stuck at one problem and that trader lost his patience on me.

I applied online. I was asked to be interviewed days later. The first questions are calculations such as 145x23. Later come 2 probability questions and two brainteasers. The interviewer is a male with no foreign accent. He sounds friendly and patient.

Got it to first round interviews. Basically, you have to answer a bunch of probability questions on the phone, without using paper. The questions are pretty basic, and I guess you're expected to answer them in a smart way. I basically answered every single question they asked in a fair amount of time, but interestingly I did not make it to the second round.

Sent my application on the night. Received an e-mail next morning to set up a phone call. The team is extremely proactive. The interviewer was nice. Not arrogan at all. Would repeat the question without problem. It was a pure raisonning/thinking/QI test.

• One bus leaves. At each stop, 3/4 of the people get off the bus, while 7 get in. It keeps going that way until the end. What is the minimum number of passenger at the beginning?

Sent my cv off and a few weeks after I had a telephone interview. The interviewer was very friendly and helped me through when I had a few mind blocks. I think I went in too nervous about how hard it was going to be and couldn't think properly! Looking back on it, it was not a hard interview, especially if you read the questions on this site.
