Sent my cv off and a few weeks after I had a telephone interview. The interviewer was very friendly and helped me through when I had a few mind blocks. I think I went in too nervous about how hard it was going to be and couldn't think properly! Looking back on it, it was not a hard interview, especially if you read the questions on this site.
