Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Jewish Community Services (Baltimore, MD) in Sep 2014

Interview

Long, applied in August, interviewed in September, originally applied and was scheduled for a, interview for different position and during the interview they asked if I'd be open to discuss my current position. Offered the position in October and started in November. Now understanding the nature of the program and the clients they took their determining the best match. It was clear they are Intune with the needs of their programs and are able to identify talent. The interview was a standard nonprofit interview. Might be a change if use to the corporate interviews. Asked a lot about problem solving, ways to deal with difficult situations, if interviewee preciously worked with difficult populations and felt comfortable to deescalate tough situations. All in all a pretty typical interview for a nonprofit agency.
