I walked in one day, filled out an application, the manager looked it over, and I was offered an interview right then and there. She read from a script of questions to ask and it was very straightforward.

Question 1
All of the questions were straightforward concerning my background, access to transportation, etc.s
They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
