For a company that prides itself in its platform in providing a quality candidate experience, my experience with them was ironic to say the least. They were fast in scheduling the interviews, I had a base screen then had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The person was a Payroll manager and she was very new to the company and needed help. So the role was very focused in Payroll instead of a generalist position. It was obvious she only wanted someone who could do payroll and didn't really seem to care when I talked about other types of People Ops projects that I've done in the past. She told me that they would get back to me the next day regarding next steps, and I never heard from them again. It seemed that they were in such a rush that they forgot about the thing they pride themselves the most on, the candidate experience.
