    Number of students came to the interview and gave the aptitude test. After that the tests scores and cut off declared and selected students moved to technical interview round.
    In the last the students who passed the technical interview round appeared for HR interview.

    It was Basically three round process.First round was an online test consisting of 2 sections(aptitude+technical).In technical questions were basically form machine design and strength of materials.Shortlisted candidates have to go through 2 more rounds i.e.

    Campus Interview...Aptti , tech round and then HR ...n then selection result..Apptitude(cracked) was moderate as most people were unable to crack it, the technical round was also good...mostly focused on my techical knowledge(Cracked) ..then the took my HR...and at result time i was not selected....but hopefully good process...

    I applied through college campus placements. John Deere is a company which looks for talent in the basics. Before applying clear all your sql and c++ concepts.
    The interview process is pretty straight forward.
    First the online aptitude test and then two interviews.
    First interview is technical interview . The interviewer was nice . Asked easy questions and some puzzles. And then the HR interview is a lot of personal questions. From your marks to your hobbies they asked everything in detail.

    Panel interview, each interviewer was responsible for predetermined sections. The panel may meet together, which you will not be present for. Interview with each one. 3 hours was a long time, at a the end of the day I was reimbursed for my expenses. It took 2 weeks to hear back.
