I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners (Leeds, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
Application was online. Very long and drawn out asking basic situational questions.
The actual interview was a group experience, there was no 1-1 involved. We were separated into groups of 4 and given blank sheets of paper then given specific scenarios and asked to confer amongst ourselves and work together to find the best outcomes.
The whole process was very easy, and indeed aimed at school-leavers, university students and people of pensionable age.
