It was rather smooth but I rarely heard back from HR. I had to learn about my interview status by following up with the hiring manager himself. I would say their HR is tough to get in contact with. Interview wise, general questions and scenario based questions were asked.

Interview

This was an online application for an internship for mechanical engineering. The application was quick and easy through their website. A few days later I got an email stating that I was chosen for the next part of the interview process. The interview was online and I had 72 hours to complete it. The interview was the questions below and I had to record my answers on the website they provided. The whole process was very easy to do.

  • Please note, this role does not include relocation. If selected, are you willing and able to relocate yourself?

I applied through Indeed. They e-mailed me to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was basic phone interview questions. Then got another e-mail saying they would like to schedule an in person interview. The in person interview was easy, but some behavioral questions. Then about a week later got a call from the person I was interviewed by and was offered the position.
