Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. I interviewed at Joyce University of Nursing and Health Sciences
Met with the recruiter in a video chat. Discussed the job and how the interview process works. Didn’t get a follow up email until 2 weeks later telling me they’ve moved on with other candidates. Wish they would have been more transparent and communicated more.
- Tell me about yourself and your background in Financial Aid.

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Joyce University of Nursing and Health Sciences
It was pretty low key and easy going. I interviewed with the director and assistant director of the nursing program who don't work there anymore. They needed help in clinical but I didn't want to leave my full time job so I said I could help part time.
- What do I know about the college?
- Have I worked with students from Ameritech or nurses who went to Ameritech or had capstone students from there?
- Could I work nights or weekend clinicals if needed

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Provo, UT
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Joyce University of Nursing and Health Sciences (Provo, UT) in Jan 2014
Applied online and received email about 2 weeks later. Entire process took about a month. Interview with Program Director first and then Associate Dean. Standard interview fare but both seemed pretty inept at candidate interviewing. They both spent a lot of time discussing problems with faculty. Student impressions left a lot to be desired and it seemed class sizes fluctuated pretty heavily with summer start dates having ~4-5 students and the rest of the dates hovering around 1-2.
- Complete amateur hour. Interviewed with program director who asked multiple questions about religion and family...then again this is Provo.
