    It was 4 interviews. One with the global managing director, regional managing director and HR and the team lead. Different types of questions. Kind of basic, usual and normal questions.

    Interview

    Interview was with a tech lead and a person from human resources. Interview last for 2.5 hours. Technical part was very exhaustive, object oriented principles and foundations were covered with teoric and pratic examples. Software patterns were also covered. MVC principles were also discussed.

    Interviewing process done in stages. First and foremost there was verification of the interviewee details, assigned a number then divided into various groups. First stage was aptitude test being conducted, then a meeting with the interviewing panel, last followed by a one on one meeting with the department head.

    Extensive fun and detailed. The manager was casual. Thirty words minimum cannot explain how friendly the panel was. I walked in and they were all friendly . Simple reasoning questions and the manager seemed to enjoy the whole brain picking process
