First you sit in a room with 4-6 selected employees from different departments of the bank and they ask select generic questions Next, they bring in 4 employees from your department and ask more specific job related questions. Lastly, you meet with your direct hire and get interviewed by them.

The first process of my interview was an initial phone screening with their internal recruiter. The recruiter was very nice and asked general questions about fundraising and sales experience. It was made very clear that the organization had a corporate structure with a heavy emphasis on sales.

Very smooth interview process. Phone screen followed by an in-person case interview of a potential fund to recommend to the team. Heard back very quickly (within two weeks) and they were very direct and honest throughout the whole process! I would recommend interviewing with them to anyone trying to get their feet wet in the finance industry.
