    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Kern County Superintendent of Schools (Bakersfield, CA) in November 2014.

    Interview

Very difficult process. Over 100 people applied. Had to take a test and pass with 80% or better to move on to a panel interview with upper management. Then another panel interview with my actual employers.
