Interview process wasn't too bad, but it takes a few weeks from the time of the initial phone interview to actually doing a final in person interview, to actually getting the job.

    Interview Questions

    • Pretty standard questions--why do you want to work here? What experiences have prepared you for this? Etc.   Answer Question

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Key Risk Management Services (Greensboro, NC) in July 2015.

    Interview

Arduous and without substance. Inexperienced interviewer and supervisory experience not pertinent to the venue and culture. Compliments by clients are irrelevant to management. Clients are unhappy with the perpetual change in adjusting staff

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Key Risk Management Services (Greensboro, NC) in August 2013.

    Interview

I had 2 phone interviews and a 1/2 day onsite with senior leadership at the corporate headquarters. The process was very well organized and the team provided excellent follow up with timely contacts. I was very impressed with the company's mission and values that were shared by all in the interview process. Professional and knowledgeable leadership team.

    Interview Questions

    • None were unanticipated-Elite interviewing was used so coming up with actual examples to demonstrate how I worked was a bit of a challenge but they made it easy.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

Good follow up. I was able to negotiate an extra week of vacation so I did not lose the amount I had from my prior job.
