Two rounds of interviews.
First was a 30-minute interview with a recruiter. Very easy and casual just talking about yourself and your interest with the company. Why it would be a good fit for you.
Second was a two-hour long interview with the team that you would be working with. You get 3 half hour sessions with one member per. Each asked about why you would be a good fit for the team through your leadership, technical skills and personality. The last half hour was spent casually speaking with recent college grads who talked about the transition to the company.
Overall, great experience despite the lengthy interview.
One 30 minute phone interview followed by an hour long in person interview. The in person one was split into 2 sections, with a total of 4 interviewers. The main focus seemed to be getting to know you and if you’d be a good fit for the team.
