Interview
I did the application online, then was e-mailed by the director. We went back and forth a bit then set up an interview time. After the interview I was given a tour of the center, and asked to stay and spend some time there. When I declined doing so, I was questioned as to if I had other plans. I had to go to work afterward, but I was offended that j was asked to stay several hours without having the job, or being paid to be there.

Interview
I was invited to one hour on site interview with center director. I was asked about my previous experience with kids, teamwork, my qualities, concerns, situation type questions, and things like that.

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.
Asked general questions about prior experience working with kids and teaching, (ie. what age groups, how long?) and asked what type of a teacher you are, what would your daily routine be?
