Kirstein Communications interview questions

There are multiple interviews for this position. I applied for the post Marketing Communications Assistant, but was apparently interviewing for a Management Trainee Position. The first interview lasted about 15 minutes with basic questions. The hiring managers just wants to get to know you. They schedule multiple interviews at the same time, because the position is different than advertised. The positions that they interview for are trained to run Direct TV and ATT stores.

The hiring process was ridiculous and to become an interviewer and still go out and try to sell was not good time management.
