The interview process at Klaviyo Dublin was smooth and well-structured. It involved an initial discussion about my experience, followed by role-specific questions and a deeper dive into my skills and how I could contribute to the team.
I had a great experience. Did about 4 interviews and everyone was lovely. Felt like the recruiter was on my team, trying to help me get the job. Didn't get the job but the experience was great.
