I applied online and after application it asked me to set up a interview. I went in for my interview a week later. When I went in at 11am and they told me to come in at 1pm! I was upset. I came back at 1pm and met with the store manager and hr manager...he didn't ask any questions. I was hired on the spot. I had to take a drug test and had to have a background check then two days later he called me for orientation.

Drug Test, lot's of questions about what kinds of experiences you had that would help you in the role if you've never worked as a cashier or have a non existent resume
It was mostly online, and about an hour long. You have to fill out a lot of questions about how you feel about topics (mostly pertaining to work ethic and integrity) along a spectrum. Then you do a video-game like interview where you pretend to interact with customers. Finally, you interview in person.

I waited at customer service and told them I had a interview. I went in a room with a lady and asked my capabilities. Told me the requirements for the job and gave me my paper work to get hired.
