Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Kohler in June 2017.

Interview

I applied for the job through LinkedIn and received an email back from one of the hiring managers. They sent me a link to complete the Caliper assessment and arranged a phone interview. I completed the assessment and on the day of the call they canceled and asked to reschedule. I was not able to reach the original contact and finally was directed to another one of their recruiters for the phone interview. I followed up and finally heard back from them 3 weeks later that they were moving forward with other candidates. I asked them for the results of my assessment and they said that they do not share these which is disappointing due to the amount of time I spent completing it. Overall they seemed very disorganized and I thought a company like Kohler would have a more professional process.

    Interview

The phone interview and on site interview were very prompt. HR and hiring manager asked difficult questions but left plenty of room for questions. Everyone was very passionate about Kohler and it was obvious that they were looking for top talent. The only downfall was the actual hiring process. Almost took two months for me to receive a formal offer letter after they verbally offered me the position.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kohler (Minneapolis, MN) in March 2016.

    Interview

Overall, the process was pretty straightforward. First was a phone screen with HR and some pretty basic, canned questions, then came a second round with the Hiring Manager and another local sales rep. The interview lasted about 60 minutes and was pretty straightforward- work history, education, why do you want this job? etc. I had an opportunity to ask questions, they're very into the corporate culture. Overall the two people that I interviewed with were very professional and friendly while being informative and honest about what its really like to work at Kohler.

    Interview

The on-site interview was conducted by the direct manager and VP of Sales. Both men were very professional and accommodating. They had a packet of set questions they presented to me and provided me with the opportunity to ask questions. Following the interview, they explained they had other candidates and would contact me soon. The meeting lasted approx. 1 hour.

In preparing this review, Glassdoor required I selected an outcome. I selected that I did receive an offer however at this time, I have not heard back from the company.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Kohler (Phoenix, AZ) in March 2010.

    Interview

The initial HR phone interview was scheduled weeks in advance. The scheduled time came and went, I was waiting for the call...nothing. Almost an hour after the call should have taken place, I received an e-mail saying they need to reschedule. I waited for the call, it didnt come. I called in two days later and was able to reschedule one week later. After the HR interview I completed a difficult personality test, which took me 3 hours to finish. Afterwards I did not hear back for a month. I received a letter saying they were looking at more qualified candidates. Very draining and time consuming process, They would not tell me the outcome of my personality test either. After devoting 3 hours, it would have been nice to know what the test showed??

    Interview

Applied online. Contacted a week later for a phone screen. Phone screen was 45 min., went through my resume. This was a more detailed phone screen, more like an interview. A few situational questions at the end. I thought it went ok, but then recieved a "thanks for your interest" email. This is the first position I have interviewed for and not recieved an offer.
