Kraft uses workday which has atrocious UI/UX. Shows how the firm doesn't leverage technology effectively. Everyone's invited to do the notorious one-way interview after submitting an app. Demands applicants to waste their time with questions that lack purpose. Would recommend anyone interested to apply elsewhere. Don't waste your time if you're on the fence about it.
