It was a bit informal. Interviewer was very warm. I was asked more about my background and work experiences. What my projects were before and what was the outcome. I asked about the org structure and what will the job description and responsibilities be. Office is very nice, fairly new and well-maintained.

Interview
It was a simple interview where they do not expect me to know much, and they know you have not much experience.
It was more of a conversation where I answered his questions and he explained me about the company, their values and the job.

Interview
The whole process was top class interviews with senior Management, recruiters and Managers showed great interest on my profile and in general did all the hard questions so as to be sure whether the candidate suits their needs. Kraft was very flexible in arranging interviews and helped me since i was already employeed by another company.
