Interview
Came into the store and sat down with HR rep. Had 1:1 discussion and took swab for drug test. Was told be called about the position either way, received no call.
The interview wasn't stressful, it was pretty laid back. It consisted of behavioral questions, nothing more.
Just relax, try to come off as friendly, make eye contact. Basic social skills stuff and you'll be fine.

This was over twenty years ago I talked to the manager for about 10 minutes and started working the next day. Far more complicated these days. Feel sorry for people applying at Kroger these days
